"PILATES meets Traditional Thai Yoga Massage"
4-hour workshop starting at 3 pm on 27.04.2013
A complete Pilates exercise-program on the Mat in combination with the Traditional Thai Yoga Massage.
Pilates is an invigorating mind-body workout that focuses on flexibility, coordination and good posture.
Focusing on quality movements, this intensily workout will activate your abdominal, challenge your balance, strenght back and shoulder muscles and restore the spine's natural curve.
The workshop will be teach in the STOTT PILATES® Method, one of the safest and most effective contemporary approach to the original method pionered by Joseph Pilates.
After the Pilates part we will continue with an introduction to the Traditional Thai Yoga Massage.
We will show you the benefits of this old ancient technique by using your palms, fingers, elbows, knees and feet to put your partner into yoga stretchings and improve the immune system.
Besides learning how to massage, you also learn how to combine and use this technique in your Pilates exercises and daily practise, which is specially good to relieve stress, headaches, back pains and muscular cramps.
